Supply Chain Management
For many years, we have focused on complex solutions going beyond the mere handling of forwarding, warehousing, and picking jobs.
From a first noncommittal consultation over an as-is analysis to the definition of a concept and final implementation, we are at your disposal as a system service provider with decades of experience.
Procurement logistics
In the field of procurement logistics, also in dialogue with your suppliers, we organise and execute your incoming transports in the LTL and FTL sector from all regions in Europe and Eurasia. At your request, the incoming goods are held in interim storage in our logistic centres; the shipments are bundled and dispatched to you pursuant to fixedly agreed parameters.
Distribution logistics
We take over the distribution of your goods all over Europe and Eurasia. Depending on the shipment structure, we offer you the option to use certain product sectors for the distribution of your goods, for instance parcel service, renowned general cargo cooperations, and LTL and FTL transports.
In-house logistics
In the field of in-house logistics, we take over your in-house flow of goods in whole or in part right on your premises, together with the appurtenant commercial documentation (booking in the merchandise management system, bin location assignment, etc.). We offer full services from incoming goods to collection of the raw and production material intended for you, over supply to the shop floor and transfer of the manufactured goods into your finished goods storage, to final packaging, picking, and transfer/loading to your transport and forwarding partner.
Warehousing
We offer our customers a wide range of warehousing options, shelf-position or single-site storage, but also storage in the block warehouse.
Here, we use state-of-the-art technologies to map the processes with the utmost transparency to provide for intelligent inventory management in keeping with the respective product.
Our warehouses and logistics processes are certified in accordance with EC Organic Regulation 834/2007.
Warehouse types and strategies
We offer many different warehousing options in outdoor and in-door storage areas. Depending on your requirements, we offer individual strategies for block and shelf-position as well as single-site storage, also under consideration of FiFo / LiFo / Best-before-date batches. Our IT-supported inventory management provides for fully transparent warehouse movements.
Warehousing
Open-air storage, indoor storage
We offer traditional warehousing of your goods for any period of time on a storage area of approximately 100,000 sqm, outdoor as well as in-door storage. Our storage area is at your disposal for long-term warehousing, temporary storage (bottlenecks / sales promotion), or for classical cross-docking business.
Inventory management
We handle the inventory management of your goods stored in our warehouses. In compliance with the parameters previously defined in cooperation with you, we have your stock replenished, sorted by articles or article groups. Replenishing can either be done directly by us or by you.
Assembling / repair service
In the frame of our logistics portfolio, we also provide assembly and/or repair services or finishing / supplementing of your products at any point of the value chain. Following relevant training of our employees, we will gladly carry out this work for you in compliance with your process description.
Returns management
Acting as your central contact for return shipments from your customers, we organise them via different modes of transport. We collect the return shipments in our warehouse and re-enter them to your merchandise management system, or deliver the collected returns to your warehouse in compliance with your specifications.
