We work with an applicant management system and store your application data in a secure area. Only people who are directly involved with your application (e.g. HR and managers from the specialist departments) can access your documents. If you are not hired, your applicant data will be completely deleted after 6 months - unless you have explicitly agreed to remain in our applicant pool.
 

Depending on which position you have applied for, the application process may vary. After your successful application, you will first receive a confirmation of receipt. Once any queries regarding your application have been clarified and we would like to get to know you better, the process continues as follows:
In the commercial area, we conduct classic personal interviews, i.e. we invite you to an initial interview where we can get to know each other. If there is a good fit on both sides, we will invite you back for a second interview to talk in more detail about salary or what a specific induction programme might look like.
 

In the commercial sector, we usually start with a "work trial". Here we invite you to spend a maximum of 4 hours gaining an initial insight into our storage areas, the workshop or the order picking system, for example. This gives you the opportunity to experience future colleagues, team leaders and our working atmosphere first-hand - and we can better assess your previous experience. If we like each other, we will be happy to discuss contract details in a subsequent interview.
If you are interested in a training, we are always happy to offer a taster traineeship before a personal interview.  
If there is no professional or personal fit, you will always receive a rejection from us - so we will always keep you informed about your application status!

We will try to review your application within 2-3 days and discuss it directly with the relevant department. You should receive feedback from us after a week at the latest - either we have further questions, invite you directly, send you information that it will take a little longer, or unfortunately it didn't work out.
