I didn't know Heinloth before I started. That's why it's all the better to be able to actively work with a wonderful team to position ourselves as a strong market player. Doing HR work for different locations is not always easy - but the feeling of being able to make a difference, to initiate HR improvements for everyone and to try things out spurs me on anew every day.
What I like about my job in Sales is that I can discuss technical issues with my colleagues at any time. There is always an expert here to help me.
Even during my training as a professional truck driver, I was keen to take on more responsibility later on. The paid further training to become a master driver, which was made possible for me, prepared me intensively for new tasks. I now work in Fleet Management and have taken the step from the truck to the office!
I particularly like the fact that my job here in the warehouse is varied, so it never gets boring. I feel very comfortable at Heinloth.
As part of logistics administration, I can definitely confirm that it never gets boring here. It's impressive to see what we as contract logistics specialists can do for our customers. Managing our own fleet of approx. 400 standard and 100 mega trailers, approx. 150 swap bodies and, of course, our predominantly German, Polish and Hungarian drivers is no easy task. But as manager, I can always rely on the owner family to be on hand to help with any problems and otherwise give us plenty of room for manoeuvre.
From the very first day I started working here at Heinloth, I have felt part of the team thanks to the friendly atmosphere. This atmosphere continues day after day.
The familiar and fair approach has been the decisive reason for me to choose Heinloth from day one. In my role as workshop manager, I know that I can always rely on my motivated employees and that we can master tasks together.
We are always happy to accompany young people into the world of work and help them find their way in life.
